Who handles your information

Ledger is a product by Calo Limited in New Zealand. Calo is responsible for personal information submitted through this website.

Information collected

The website may collect general analytics, non-identifying Scorecard answer codes, and the contact details you choose to provide for report delivery or an enquiry.

Scorecard and analytics

Completed Scorecards may send non-identifying answer codes, score dimensions, result band and scoring version to Google Analytics 4. Names, email addresses, organisation names, phone numbers and free text must not be sent to GA4.

Report delivery and opportunity follow-up

When you request a report, the supplied contact details and verified result may be processed through Ledger's server and n8n or another automation service, stored in ClickUp, and used to deliver the report and respond to the opportunity.

Marketing consent

Report delivery and direct follow-up do not enrol you in broader marketing. Any optional marketing consent is recorded separately with its wording and timestamp. Ledger does not currently send regular marketing emails but may introduce them in future.

You may contact Ledger to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
