Where it fits
Use these examples to assess the device against your assets and process.
Issue desks
Bring tagged equipment to a workstation while an operator records the handover in Ledger.
Return counters
Scan returned assets at a close-range workstation, with checks for unwanted reads from nearby items.
Before you choose
- Use the working demo setup as the starting point. Confirm the supplied unit, firmware and output configuration for your project.
- Test representative tags on the actual assets and work surface. The published read distance is not a guaranteed read zone.
- Confirm which tag identifier is output and how the reader separates repeated reads. Keyboard emulation and serial output require different application handling.
- Confirm the regional frequency, firmware, supplied interface and environmental suitability before ordering.
Supply & implementation
Hardware supply & support
Enquire about the validated CF601 setup for your workstation. Regional configuration, pricing, lead time and supply terms need confirmation before purchase.
Hardware supply, warranty and support responsibilities are agreed as part of your project. Standard hardware and implementation services are in New Zealand; international software enquiries are welcome.
